Changelog

• Music and sounds sliders - changed controls for sounds and music settings from just turning the sound on and off to configuring the volume

• New areas tutorial - finally added tutorial that explains areas mechanics from 0.19.0 update

• New souls tutorial - added tutorial that explains souls earning and meta progression system

• Permanent upgrades rebalance - made most of first levels much cheaper to encourage prestiging more during the first prestige
