v0.09 Update.

Hello fellas,

In this update, I fixed a few things and added some auto-error reporting to help me with debugging issues.

🦐 Changes this patch:

• Fixed whip and Shrimp-a-rang not functioning the same across framerates
• Fixed non-existent enemies that can still hurt the shrimp.
• Fixed the game not ending at 15 minutes (as initially intended)
• Optimized some menu code.
• Added auto Error reporting, to help figure out issues causing the game to not function properly, and find the cause of game crashes.

🛠 Known issues that haven't been fixed:

• overdraw on graphics
