Hotfix 4

Hey everyone! More fixes incoming! Seems like anything that can go wrong, WILL go wrong when you get to full release! 😅

Changes and Fixes

• Fixed the achievement for finding all hats not unlocking.

• Fixed a hang that could happen when Catto delivers a letter while playing in Japanese.

• Fixed a progression issue during the Whizz Bang preparations quest where if you talked to Rummage while Jacq is on the Caravan, the quest wouldn't progress as intended.

• Fixed an issue where entering the caravan could cause a lockup if auto-run was enabled.
