Performance fixes for mouse input

Just a quick update: We've pushed some performance fixes related to mouse input to the beta channel for testing.

If you've previously had performance issues while using the mouse to aim and attack, please check out the beta version and let us know if it helps.

Assuming that this patch looks good, we'll aim to push it out to all players later this week.
