Bugfix Patch

These are combined patch notes for a few small changes that went out since the last update.

• Added join/leave notifications in chat
• Added a chat intro message describing disabling chat and muting other players
• Added a warning for setting no password when hosting a game
• Addressed a bug which made it so that at least one gold item had to be enabled in order for any items to spawn.

Happy Disputing!
