20261020 Update

Adjusted the system so that when different types of minecarts are played, the one that provides the greatest advantage is selected. Fixed an issue where the effects of Frenzy Feast could sometimes be applied within the card gallery accessed from the title screen. Changed the selection buttons in the card gallery to a toggle-style format.
