Service outage: 08/29/2017 - Update

Greetings,

After some hard work we are starting to see increased stabilization with gameplay both internally and externally. This means that most users that previously had issues connecting to the game should no longer have these issues.

However, there is still a chance that some users may experience intermittent connectivity issues. Should this be the case, please try working through the troubleshooting steps provide at the link below. If still unable to connect, please provide as much feedback as possible about what you're experiencing, and your computer specs.
