Signal Lost

URGENT! We've lost contact with one of our Operatives, and a sudden anomaly has wiped the data on which raid they deployed to. But, their camera transmitted one final frame, and the zone is about to collapse with them still inside.

Recognize the raid? Drop its name in the comments – whether we can save them in time is down to you.
