Hotfix for Intel chipset crashes

Hello everyone,

Today's hotfix should resolve the crashes on launch experienced by players using certain intel chips, especially on Windows 11. We want to thank all of you who reported this issue, and especially the people who shared detailed information, suggested workarounds, and confirmed whether they are working.
