Language Update

This update will let you create and share language packs on Workshop. I have included a German translation which is available on Workshop however it was translated by google and therefore will be a poor translation. If you speak German and want to make a language pack feel free to use this pack as a template.

The language packs them self are an XML document and can be edited in notepad, however I recommend using Visual Studio as it will highlight the tags making it easier to edit.

If you are interested in making a language pack there will be a sticky post which will tell you what you need to know in the LogicBots discussions.
