Patch Notes #37

Hello, Chiefs!

CHANGELIST:

• Vehicles driving around the game world will no longer appear with their doors or trunks open.

• Fixed the Prison Transport system so that handcuffs are now properly returned after transporting prisoners.

• Optimized numerous models and assets across the city and its surrounding areas.

• Optimized several models and assets in the hotel, including its interior.

• Implemented numerous lighting improvements to enhance performance and visual quality.
