Jurassic World Evolution 3 | One Year Anniversary & Update 1.5.5

Hello, Park Managers!

[p align="start"]Today, 21 October, marks a very special occasion - Jurassic World Evolution 3 is officially one year old! And, of course, that calls for a celebration.

[p align="start"]Today we’re kicking things off with Free Update 1.5.5 (patch notes below), bringing Pentaceratops and Crichtonsaurus to the game as full family units. Even better, our remaining monthly updates will now feature two free returning base game Jurassic World Evolution 2 species instead of one.

Looking Ahead

[p align="start"]It’s been a packed year of content and we’re not done yet! Our second Jurassic World Evolution 3 Expansion arrives in early December. In this Expansion you’ll rejoin DIN, building sanctuaries around the equator with one vital goal: save prehistoric animals from a world and climate they never evolved for. We’ll have much more to share as launch gets closer!

[p align="start"]The Expansion will launch alongside a free update featuring the Nigersaurus and Tylosaurus…and yes, the Tylosaurus is going to have something to smile about.

Updates

Two New Family Units:

• Introduced two new family units to the game - Crichtonsaurus & Pentaceratops.

1.5.5 Bug Fixes

Dinosaurs

• Hybrids and Mutants no longer display a nest preference when placing a small land nest.

• A range of cohabitation preferences have been updated to ensure species mutually like and dislike each other, where expected.

• Yangchuanosaurus' jaw no longer overcloses when performing a Fight Struggle animation.

• Resolved an issue whereby 100% genome was not obtainable for some species in select Challenge levels.

• Species with the 'Loner' trait have had their feeder requirements greatly reduced in comparison to those without this trait.

Frontier Workshop

• Resolved an issue where some players would fail to connect to Frontier Workshop.

Stability & Performance

• General performance and stability improvements
