v1.02 Update

Hey All,

We've just posted v1.02 with a couple minor additions/fixes:

• Fixed an audio glitch that happened during the boss stages

• We've added a "credits" button to the main titles

• The artifacts you find will now properly reset to 0 when you start a new game (still does not reset on New Game+).

• Minor bug fixes
