New version 0.8.17

Happy new year !!

We were resting a bit on December but now, we are back !

This is a very small update, here is the changelog:

• new monster car: grasshopper used in the next Championship round :)
• bugfix: now all skins used in cars are correctly saved for each car and for each player after you press next/previous button.

This is our immediate backlog: https://steamcommunity.com/app/296790/discussions/0/1733212454824081465/#c1742229167226924577
