8BitBoy 1.42 - Bullet trails

Time to add some visual effects and graphics for the Power Ups. The Bullet trails does a huge difference and I actually find it much more fun to shoot bullets now. The double shot is especially fun now. Such a huge impact for a relatively small change.

• New awesome bullet trails, different for single and double shot
• New shield sprite
• Power Up animations added
• Canon ball effect when stepped on
• Boss/Game pad bug fixed
