• Winnowing - Cast time 3s, duration upper bounds increased to 30-240s, range increased to 3500

• Primal Echoes - Cast time 3s, duration upper bounds increased to 30-240s, range increased to 3500

• Favorable Winds - Cast time 3s, duration upper bounds increased to 30-240s, range increased to 3500

• Energizing Wind - Cast time 3s, duration upper bounds increased to 1-60s, range increased to 3500

• Quickening Zephyr - Cast time 3s, duration upper bounds increased to 15..90s, range increased to 3500

• Nature's Ritual - Cast time 3s, duration upper bounds increased to 30-240s, range increased to 3500

• Word of Censure had an implementation bug - the skill now works as described
