Some bugfixes + balance tweaks

-Fixed an input problem which broke the rocket booster, hyperdrive and atomic thruster. -Small nerfs to autocannon, photon ammo and phase drill. -Barrels on phobos now do less damage to the player. -Small HP increase on some hull types. -Hangar screen now shows the effect of the ammo storage hull correctly.
