Game Freeze Issue Solution

Our technical team has identified this issue is primarily caused by missing required DLL files in the Windows system. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Solution

1. Download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package:

   • Download link for 64-bit systems: Microsoft Visual C++ x64

2. Run the downloaded installer

3. Restart the game after installation

Important Notes

• Do not force close or cancel during the installation process

• If prompted that a newer version is already installed, you can close the installer

• If the issue persists, please contact our technical support through the game's community hub
