Resolved garbled text in WAV file metadata ([c]LIST/INFO[/c] chunks).

• **Intelligent Parsing:**​ Now validates UTF-8, detects UTF-8/UTF-16 BOMs, and gracefully falls back to local encoding (e.g., GBK/GB18030).

• **Robust Handling:**​ Corrupted info chunks are ignored entirely to prevent partial reads.

• **Manual Override:**​ Added a **"WAV Metadata Fallback Encoding"**​ option in Settings for legacy files.

➕ Native AAC (.aac) Support

Raw [c].aac[/c] files (ADTS container) are now fully supported.

• Correctly parses audio properties and embedded ID3v2 tags.

• **Fix:**​ Corrected ID3v2.4 tag size calculation (previously missed 10 bytes), fixing audio offset positioning.

🎧 Dolby Audio Recognition
