Hidden in Plain Sight now supports 8 local players!

It's time to invite some (more) friends over for a game night, because **Hidden in Plain Sight now supports up to 8 local players! **

I hope you play it, and I would absolutely LOVE to see some 8 player videos. I can only imagine the chaos at the end of an eight-player Death Race match!

Some caveats:

• This is only for Steam (Windows/Mac/Linux) versions of the game. Xbox and Switch remain 4 player.

• Controllers are still required for each player.

• I am a solo dev, and it's nearly impossible for me to test every configuration and brand of controllers. However, this has been tested on a variety of controllers by myself and others, so I hope it works well for you (Xbox, Xbox 360, PS4, generic Direct Input, etc have been tested).

• Generic controllers might not work in Xbox 360 mode. Try switching them to DirectInput mode (usually by holding down a button or some combination of buttons).

• The original game is available on a beta branch called "xna-original". If you have problems, you can always revert back to this version (though, of course, it's only four players).
