Vaultbreakers Demo is now Live + Square Enix Publisher Announcement!

You just saw Vaultbreakers at the Triple-i Initiative Showcase… and now it’s your turn to jump in.

The Vaultbreakers Demo is NOW LIVE on Steam!

If you caught our appearance during the Triple-i Initiative Showcase, you’ve seen a glimpse of what awaits you in our game.

The Demo is available to everyone to download from the Steam Store, so whether you’ve been following Vaultbreakers since our earlier playtests or this is your first time hearing about us, this is your chance to jump in.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE IN THE DEMO

• Core gameplay systems, with 2 playable Vaultbreakers (Nymera & Bjornir), upgradable haven, perks, etc.

• Part of the first map, Wolfswood.

• Onboarding quests and main quests up until your first Vaultbreak.

• Co-op with up to 2 friends.

• Legacy Points that carry over after launch, unlocking great rewards.

WHAT ABOUT THE PVPVE TEST FOR OCTOBER?

The PvPvE test will now be known as the Alpha Test.

This is the test we said would come in October, and it is scheduled to go live on October 15th at 10 AM CEST and end on October 21st at 23:59 CEST. Progress from the Demo will carry over to the Alpha test, if you’d like to get a head start before jumping to PvPvE 💪.

DID YOU SAY SQUARE ENIX?

Yes! We are thrilled to announce that we are officially partnering with Square Enix with its newly reformed SQUARE ENIX COLLECTIVE division to publish Vaultbreakers! For a studio our size, this is a huge step. Square Enix brings the experience, reach and support that will help Vaultbreakers find more players around the world, while our team stays focused on what we do best: making the game.

What it means for you?

In short, nothing changes about the game you've been following.

• BetaDwarf is still developing Vaultbreakers, with the same team and the same creative vision.

• Our design decisions are still ours, and your feedback will keep shaping them.

• We'll keep talking to you the way we always have, on Steam, Discord and our socials.
