RE: Balance: 22 SpN Collection

In the 1.4.0 update, one of our first collections—22 SpN—will get a huge rebalance.

These operators began to lag behind the new ones over the years, so we’ve decided to freshen them up while preserving their key features and making them more relevant in battles.

Changes will affect upgrades, weapons, parameters, and some abilities.
