Maintenance MP update

After our last MP Live event there were some issue that showed up and needed immediate attention. Here's the list of recent fixes:

• Fixed memory leak & crashing when playing MP for extended time.

• Multiplayer plane collisions are now more forgiving and fair. You can push others now!

• Repositoning is now penalized more - 15% damage. Don't reposition too often.

• Stickers and decals on other planes looked blurry - fixed.

• Respawning after plane crashing avoids getting plane stuck.
