Update #9: Small update - Balancing and new rooms

This small update features the following changes:

• Balancing for Imps: Lower fire rate, wider shots (easier to slip through), less damage.

• Added 8 new room layouts

• New "Retry" button on the game over screen.

• Changed "Next-Gen" filter to be less painful to watch.
