October 28 Update: Patrol Thresholds & Ship Speeds

Captains,

Following changes were applied today, October 28:

• Patrol Damage Thresholds reduced by 40%

• Speed of Interceptors (5th rates) and Light Interceptors (6th–7th rates) increased by 0.25-0.29 knots

• Speed of Trader ships decreased by 0.25 knots
