May 14 Update: Combat Repairs and Bravery Perk Changes

The cooldown reduction provided by the Combat Repairs perk has been increased. When you sink an enemy, the cooldown of hull and sail repairs is now immediately reduced by 8 minutes instead of 3 minutes 

The Bravery perk now also adds armor and sail repair amount bonuses, and its ship turning bonus has been increased from 1.5% to 5%
