Hotfix August 13

Crafted ships have received bonuses to side armor and structure hit points.

Heavier crafted ships have received slight bonuses to stern armor.

The quality of ships captured from NPCs has been adjusted to increase the value of crafted ships.

Stack sizes, maximum quantities per contract, and quantities available per purchase in shops have been significantly increased for resources and materials used in shipbuilding.

Trader ship cargo capacities have been increased to provide more opportunities for hauling.
