EARLY ACCESS UPDATE 9.1 - The Vanishing of Items

We noticed a nasty bug sneaking in on the update 9.0 that caused some items to disappear from the inventory on certain occasions. We also felt that the tranquilizer needed a little nerf.

• Fixed an issue where two of the same named items would merge into a single item in inventory between levels.
• Changed the rate of fire of tranquilizer from 1 to 3.
