Update Notes Beta v.21

Patch notes beta v.21 (Added french and russian localization)

• Fixed an issue with some collisions where the player would go through them

• Fixed the Swappers so it is almost impossible to end up on the same level anymore (reworked the entire script online)

• Added localization for french and russian

• Made the menu pause in levels more accurate with anchors

• Fixed a terminal issue where you could activate a terminal from the other player online
