Update hits the Main Branch!

Hello everyone!

We have not one, not two, not three, but four great pieces of news for you today.

Main Branch Update

First, the QoL update and achievements are now released on the main branch of the game!

Now you can enjoy the game, polished for modern devices and systems, including the Steam Deck! And get a ton of new achievements while you are at it.

Although, a quick PSA is required: Armored Princess is an old game, and adding achievements required a bit of technical magic. The game reads your save files to check whether achievement requirements have already been met, so loading an old save may cause some achievements to unlock immediately. For the best experience, we recommend starting a fresh campaign. 

And if you are a full-time “only classic game” enjoyer, you can always go and experience the original version too. Just switch to the “Legacy” branch on Steam. Just be aware, you wouldn’t be able to get achievements there. 

Steam Workshop

Steam Workshop for Armored Princess goes live! No more need for some technical wuju to install your favorite mods. Now Steam Workshop is fully integrated into the game.

For modders: go nuts! But before that, check out our guide on how to interact with the Workshop, just in case.

And FYI: the platform is going to be moderated, and we reserve the right to remove any mod that includes 18+ adult content or anything that breaks the law in any way.

Last but not least, the discount! Later today, the Isometric Steam Sale goes live, and King's Bounty: Armored Princess, as well as every other King's Bounty game, is participating in it! There is no better time than now to get the game and enjoy it after our updates, or gift it to a friend!
