How to report bugs

If you’re encountering a problem while playing Might & Magic Heroes 7, we want to hear from you. Below we have included scenarios for potential sticking points with a link through to our knowledgeable support team. Don’t worry, if you don’t see your issue listed, we still include our contact information at the bottom of this post.

• Common tips before starting:

1. If you are experiencing any issues related to the graphics or performance in the game, please make sure that you have installed the latest drivers for your graphics card. You can download them from the following websites: AMD: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download NVIDIA: http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx

2. Please make sure that the game settings are appropriate to your PC configuration. You can find more information about the requirements HERE.

Once done, please follow the section below that resembles your issue the closest.

**When contacting support we highly recommend you to attach following elements with your ticket (especially for crashes and connectivity issues): ** 1. Game Logs Where to find them: "$\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Might & Magic Heroes VII\MMH7Game\Logs" File to upload: “launcher_log.txt” This file will be the one of your last launch of the game, if the issue appeared previously, please upload related log depending on log naming (date-hour).

2. Uplay logs Where to find them: Uplay install directory "$\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs" File to upload: “launcher_log.txt”
