Post-PAX Prime 2015 Update

It was great meeting so many people at PAX Prime 2015 who liked The Magic Circle and genuinely want to see us succeed enough to make another game.

• fix for controller dpad issues with the combobox in the options screen

• fix for being able to attempt ally summon during Pro Mode title invitation

• fix for being able to bring up the map during overworld intro tunnel

• Added preferred names from folks who purchased The Magic Circle directly from our booth during PAX Prime 2015. These names will show up As SkyBastards from the internet popping in once TMC goes open source Names from early access superusers were kept in this list
