Early Access Update v0.872 Dec2025 update - hotfix

Just a quick update to fix a couple of things I noticed after v0.871 went live.

• added appropriate HUD icon of a weather ROM in 2064 mission

• fixed location music in first Clive'N'Wrench mission being played in wrong locations due to the track being raced in reverse

• also gave the CnW safepoints (used when putting kart back on track after an out of bounds event) a 180 when the track is used in the reverse mission
