Hotfix!

Fixed issue where vehicles using mesh remover got stuck in midair after saving them.

Added a setting to turn snow on or off, found in the settings menu under Weather.

• fixed issue where max angular velocity was locked to 7

• fixed issue where a part that was not meant to be released was found in the inventory

• fixed issue where helicopter rotor hub would cause a crash when auto stabilizing was turned on

• fixed issue where HBBuilder.Tuner.isOpen was not set to false when the builder closed

• fixed issue where networking handles rotators as hinges flooding the networking pipeline

• fixed issue where GGizmo would spam the console with unnecessary messages
