• Added new vigilante: Ray Case
• Added new encounter: Too Many Questions
• Added voiceovers for Ray Case, Elena Furey, and Emilia De Soto
• Added 4 new perks: Eye for Weakness, Deep Cut, Concussive Blow, Solar Plexus Strike
• Added 3 new status effects: Concussed, Bleeding, Winded
• Improved appearance of perk screen
• Improved legibility of combat notifications when using oil paint filter
• Added a number of bug fixes
