Update #3 (v. b53)

Happy Valentine's day everyone.

Another big update is packed with some fixes and new content. Here's what we've got for you today:

• Fixed recruiter's logic - now there will be less mistakenly avoided workers;
• Fixed an issue with engineering posts affecting the prestige of the land;
• Fixed a rare crash when opening the "Load Game" dialog;
• Fixed a very annoying bug when the game got blocked if several info windows are open at the same time;
• Fixed Emperor's requests display in your adviser's window;
• Fixed service workers path calculation algorithm - now not only a level of service is taken into account, but the size of a building as well;
• Fixed construction / removal of buildings in the layers mode;
• Fixed original C3 saves loading algorithm - now it also detects aqueducts, meadows and water tiles (citizens are still not loaded at the moment);
• Fixed game's logic in event of firing / rehiring workers;
• Fixed wrongfully appearing message about the availability of goods in stock by the request of the Emperor;
• Fixed (removed) the missionary post in tutorial missions;
• Reduced probability of flooding mud pits and iron mines while without workers;

• Added textures for water supply layer;
• Added textures for land prestige layer;
• Added new aqueducts and water tank textures;
• Added the 2nd tutorial mission for Russian language (shout out to Softer S);
• Added "-nosteam" flag in order to run the game in offline mode;
• Added game speed changing option - use - / + buttons on the main keyboard;
• Added "poor access to the living area" information message when constructing a building which requires workers;
• Added an option to block information windows as in the original game;
• Advisers buttons are re-created as in the original game;
• Added a setting to change camera positioning button.
