Restaurant Empire II Version 1.13 now available

Version 1.12 introduced WASD camera scrolling, but the new W and A

keys clashed with existing shortcuts (wall display and Adventure

Mode). This patch 1.13 resolves those conflicts, so a number of default

keys have changed - please review the "Changed Keyboard Shortcuts"

list below.

As a reminder, WASD scrolls the city and restaurant interior views

(W / A / S / D = up / left / down / right), alongside the existing

arrow keys.

• Wall display toggle conflict (W)

  Since version 1.12, "W" scrolls the camera, which collided with

  the shortcut that shows/hides restaurant walls. The wall display

  toggle has been moved to the "T" key. (The on-screen wall toggle

  button is unchanged.)

• Adventure Mode conflict (A)

  Since version 1.12, "A" scrolls the camera, which collided with

  the shortcut that opens/closes the Adventure Mode window. The

  Adventure Mode shortcut has been moved to the "B" key.

  (Adventure Mode is only available in Campaign games.)

• Cheat key conflict (Shift+Alt+C)

  Restored the Shift+Alt+C money cheat, which now once again adds

  $100,000 to the player's account. In the previous version this

  combo had been hijacked by the screen-capture function, so the

  cheat no longer worked. The screen-capture shortcut has been

  moved off of Alt+C to Alt+P to eliminate the conflict. (The

  Print Screen key also still captures the screen, as before.)
