Update 0.9.222 - Includes MacOSX and Linux support!

Hello everyone,

Apart from the usual small improvements and fixes, this update also includes MacOSX and Linux support! These two platform are still experimental, so if you encounter any issues, please let us know.

Additionally, the chalice of Sacrifice weight issue has been fixed and the weight display in general has been improved. Some text corrections have been made too.

Enjoy!
