Update for July 8th, 2025
- Library and compiler updates, etc.
- add backup agent in case network access is not available
- add verbose match logging (community contribution! thanks!)
- fix hang when firing modded weapons with a really slow firing rate (community contribution! thanks!)
- fix crash when using "agent" command
