Added 4:3 and 5:4 Resolution support

• Predator mode health regeneration tweaked slightly again to balance the game a bit more
• Changes to Loading screen to look better on different resolutions

[BUG FIXES]

• Fixed an issue with some menu buttons not being clickable on certain resolutions after opening Survival Menu in the Menu
• Fixed an issue with some menu buttons not being clickable on certain resolutions in the In-Game Menu
• Minor performance improvements

NOTES: On certain resolutions in full-screen there are still issues with buttons not being clickable in the menu (they are clickable but you have to move the mouse to the left of them in order for the button to highlight and be clickable) This isn't a game bug but rather an engine bug, we are still waiting on the fix, if this happens to you please try a different resolution and if that doesn't help try window mode.
