Update coming within the week

An update will come later this week, with a bugfix for the Ram and Diver achievements, which are currently taking into account falls/crashes for individual modes instead than for all of them together. I deeply apologize for this and am working on it.

Other than that, there will be an option to randomize the cities order (only for the ones you unlocked), as suggested by @Hobbes.

PUKE mode is done but won't be in this update, since I want to take more time on it and make it more flashy.

Cheers!
