Again a hotfix

I'm sorry but I had to do it. In compensation for this hotfix you get 4 new colorpalettes made by Gametrickser himself! (If you don't know him, check out the highscores)

• 4 new colorpalettes
• Doors spawn even less often
• Doors now have their own Stat
• At the end of a custom level you get to see how many coins you had left
• Changed the Sprinting Trail a little bit (it's still not completely bugfree)
• Multiple Upgrades now get shown in the pause menu
• Fixed Weird arrow behavior

It's so sad that you always dont see the bugs until you published your build...
