We would like to inform you about the server transfer items that will be available for purchase following the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, October 13 (PDT) / Wednesday, October 14, 2026 (CEST).

• Please note that Server Transfer availability hours vary by region.

• During the server transfer period, the number of transfers into and out of each server will be updated every hour on the hour.

• North America East Region: Daily during the Server Transfer period, from 09:00 to 13:00, 15:00 to 19:00 PDT / 18:00 to 22:00, the next day 00:00 to 04:00 CEST/CET  

• North America West Region: Daily during the Server Transfer period, from 09:00 to 13:00, 15:00 to 19:00 PDT / 18:00 to 22:00, the next day 00:00 to 04:00 CEST/CET

• Europe Region: Daily during the Server Transfer period, from 03:00 to 07:00, 09:00 to 13:00 PDT / 12:00 to 16:00, 18:00 to 22:00 CEST/CET

• South America Region: Daily during the Server Transfer period, from 09:00 to 13:00, 15:00 to 19:00 PDT / 18:00 to 22:00, the next day 00:00 to 04:00 CEST/CET

■ Server Transfer Service Guide

• Through the server transfer service, you can transfer your character from the server where you are currently playing to another server (destination server).

• Server transfers are only possible to servers within the same faction.

• Server transfers are only possible between servers within the same region.

• Transfers from Early Access servers are only possible to other Early Access servers.

• Server transfers are limited to one per account during the entire server transfer period, and transfers are only allowed from one server to another.

• There is no limit to the number of characters you can transfer per transfer.

■ How to Use

• Server Transfer Period: After the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, October 13 (PDT) / Wednesday, October 14, 2026 (CEST), through before the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, October 27 (PDT) / Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (CEST).

• During the first week, transfers are only available on Early Access servers; during the second week, transfers are only available on Launch servers.

• During the purchase window for your region, go to [In-Game Shop] → [Server Transfer] and select the items you wish to transfer.

• The purchase button will become active once you meet the server transfer requirements.

• Transfer will not be possible if the departure server has reached its transfer capacity limit or if the destination server has reached its transfer capacity limit.

• If you select a server that cannot be transferred to in the server transfer request UI, a notification message will appear.

■ Purchase Requirements

• Only characters of Level 10 or higher on the same server are eligible for a server transfer.

• The character applying for a server transfer must be located in a village. (You cannot apply for a server transfer while in the Abyss, a Spacetime Rift, or a dungeon.)

• The character must not be a member of a Legion or have a pending Legion membership application.

• The character must not have any active Duty [Missions].

※ Purchase Conditions Related to Unclaimed Currency

• You will not be able to use the service if there is any unclaimed currency or items on your account or character.

① If you have items registered for sale on the Market, items pending collection, or items for which you have not yet received the proceeds

② If you have any unclaimed items in the Shop Storage (including the Founder’s Pack)

③ If there are any unclaimed mail in the mailbox of the character you wish to transfer

■ Transferable Items [Go to Server Transfer Q&A]

[Currency]

• Only Kina held in the character’s Cube inventory and Character Storage will be transferred with the character. Kina stored in the Server Storage will not be transferred.

• Quna and Mileage held on the current server will also be transferred and added to the amounts already held on the destination server.

[Purchase-Related Items]

• Regardless of whether the character name is already taken on the destination server, your character name will be changed to "@TemporaryName." You can set a new character name when you first log in to the character after the server transfer is complete. If the same character name already exists on the destination server, you will not be able to use your previous character name.

• Your active Membership will be transferred to and combined with your Membership on the destination server, and will be removed from the current server.

• Your active Daeva Pass will be transferred with its current progress intact.

A. In general, all Special Pets and Skins purchased from the Shop will transfer. However, if you already own the same Special Pet on the destination server, you will keep the Pet only on the destination server and receive a Pet Reward Ticket. If you own duplicates of a non-customizable decorative Skin, you will receive a Skin (Single) Reward Ticket that can be used in the Shop.

• If you already own duplicate Pets or non-customizable Skins purchased from the Pass Shop on the destination server, Pass Coins will be refunded.

• If you have a Pet Reward Ticket, you can request a refund through Customer Support for Pets purchased on your origin server. The ticket is valid until the regular maintenance on Tuesday, November 24 (PST) / Wednesday, November 25 (CET). Refunds will not be available after the ticket expires.

• You can use the Skin (Single) Reward Ticket to purchase the "300 Quna" item from the Shop. The ticket is valid until the regular maintenance on Tuesday, November 24 (PST) / Wednesday, November 25 (CET), and cannot be used after it expires.

• The number of Server Storage expansion slots on the destination server will be set to whichever is higher between the current server and the destination server. However, items stored in Server Storage will not be transferred. Please move any items you wish to transfer to the transferring character’s inventory or Character Storage before transferring servers.

• Character Slot expansions that were purchased and fully used on the current server will remain on the current server and will not affect the number of Character Slots available on the destination server.

• Styles registered in the Style Shop can still be downloaded, applied, and settled after the server transfer. However, the style creator’s character name and server name will not be changed, and the character name and server name displayed will be those from when the style was created.

[Content & Systems]

• All Titles, Achievements, Closet items, Pets, and Theostones you own will be transferred to and combined with those on the destination server. These items will be reset on the current server. 

• For your Genus Insight, you can choose either the Insight from the current server or the Insight from the destination server. Regardless of which one you choose, your Genus Insight on the current server will be reset.

• Your character’s Season Ranking Points and Season Mission progress will be transferred along with the character.

■ Notes on Server Transfers

• Once a server transfer request has been completed, the transfer cannot be canceled or reverted. 

• When the server transfer begins, you will be returned to the title screen, and the account undergoing the server transfer will be unable to log in.

• If you are using the PURPLE platform, you will receive a PURPLE PUSH notification when the server transfer is complete.

• A server transfer takes at least 1 minute to complete and may take longer depending on the number of transfer requests.

• Depending on the processing speed, server transfers may be temporarily restricted to ensure a stable transfer process.

• This product may be offered for sale again in the future in the same or a similar form.
