Status update

Currently working on implementing local co-op, it's coming along nicely and should be available in an update next week for both campaign and survival mode and most likely the week after for defense mode.

The next update will set the defense/osxlinux/patchtest branches to the latest build. Once the update is tested and moved to the default branch the defense and osxlinux branches will be removed (this should put you back to the default branch automatically so shouldn't be a problem).
