Controller and fullscreen bugs squashed

The latest update fixes a bunch of (all?) controller issues, no controller-setup is required now as it will support the most common controllers out of the box.

If you have a controller which remains undetected, make sure to contact support - at - orangepixel dotnet and we can see about adding support for it.

Fixes:

• Xbox 360 controller now detected and correctly configured
• Resizing / Fullscreening / Windowing will keep controller active
• Mac version now won't crash when controllers are attached
