Trading cards, badges, leaderboard, fixes, and improvements

I finally managed to get this update ready for shipping.

There are now leaderboards (in-game) for Arcade-mode and a "completed Daily run" board that shows who the best daily challenger is.

Further more the requested Steam trading-cards with badges and everything that comes with that have been activated, so you can now collect a few trading-cards and see if you can unlock some cool badges.

Also added a host of fixes and improvements to the game, controller support and more. Here's the full list of things:

• fixed controller disconnecting when switching fullscreen

• added “best runners” leaderboard to daily mode

• added trading cards and badges

• added fullscreen toggle to the in-game setup room

• added option for VSync (see in-game setup room)

• fixed “top of stairs” bug in buildings

• fixed “rescue+die” bug in buildings

• fixed General P.Hat end-boss bugs
