Another update!

Version 2.1.1 - just a few minor changes:

Changes

• Added a menu option to reset all level progress and "perfect" levels.

Improvements

• Improved the title screen game logo slightly.

Fixes

• Fixed minor bug with skipping the end sequence before it has finished.
• Stopped collectable items (e.g. stars) animating when the game is paused.
• Added better support for Steam Cloud Storage being turned on and off, and better detection and handling of corrupt/missing Cloud Storage files.
