Updates to Vulture which will affect existing Windows players

• Save games & Bones location moved to cater for Multi-OS and preparing for cloud bones. See this forum post for more information.

• Fountains & sinks & toilets are now directly drinkable.

• Fixed crash issue affecting some users near game start.
