Bug fixes & Red Cross Fix

• Adds tooltips explaining the settings
• Adds option to disable the bobbing animation
• Removes scales that are not applyable
• Shows timer in the beginning longer
• Adds a rarity border to the new item popup
• Revert controller changes (should now work again consistently)
• Fixes a bug that the game crashes if your system language is Arabic
• Should fix the red cross now (finally), this can cause random drops sometimes (if your timer desynced with the Steam timer), so enjoy them <3
• Saves the cooldown if you restart the game
• Removes admin mode if current user has no admin priviledges
• Makes autostart noninteractable if admin mode is enabled (not possible in windows to have both)
• only shows chest popup if you have 1000 clicks

If you have the admin mode enabled and it's bugged this is how you can disable it: Right click the game on steam -> Manage -> Browse local files there right click the BongoCat.exe -> properties -> go to the compatibility tab -> uncheck the "run as administrator" checkbox, hit apply Start Bongo Cat
