Update 27.Feb -Resolution settings

A new options dialog lets you choose your ingame resolution between 640480 to 19201200 pixels and optional Fullscreen or Windowed mode.

Access the Videosettings by the first gamestart, or later using the "VidOptions.exe" inside the games folder.

Update 23.Feb to v1.15

just uploaded a smaller update to fix:

• scenes2/castle wasn´t loading
• tutorial 1 overworked
• tutorial 5 overworked
• few language mistakes removed
• a problem with the camera restore button in testmode week before added an error report and quit option in the case of missing textures.
